Assembly Introduction
The Yavapai County Assembly is composed of men and women from diverse backgrounds who are peaceful, officially declared, recorded, and published American State Nationals and American State Citizens residing in Yavapai County, Arizona.
We voluntarily work to restore the Land and Soil Civilian Government—of, for, and by the people—at the Yavapai County, Arizona level. We recognize that the sole purpose of government is to safeguard the people and their assets.
We stand committed to upholding the unalienable rights, freedoms, and prosperity of the people, ensuring that governance remains transparent, accountable, and rooted in the foundational principles of American self-governance.
Through education, civic engagement, and lawful self-governance, we are reclaiming the responsibilities and duties that rightfully belong to the people, rather than bureaucratic or corporate entities.
Our Assembly operates with integrity, unity, and a deep respect for the natural rights of all individuals. We welcome those who share our commitment to restoring a government that serves the people, protects their interests, and upholds the fundamental principles of justice, freedom, and personal responsibility.
We actively work to re-establish the proper functions of a civilian government, ensuring that all actions align with the founding principles of self-determination, common law, and individual sovereignty.
By reaffirming our status as American State Nationals and American State Citizens, we reject unlawful overreach and external interference, standing firm in our right to self-governance. We operate through lawful assemblies, committees, and community-driven initiatives that prioritize the well-being and security of our people.
As we move forward in restoring a government that is truly of, for, and by the people, we encourage education, participation, and collaboration among all who seek to preserve our freedoms. Together, we are laying the foundation for a prosperous future where the rights of the people are honored, their voices are heard, and their property and livelihoods are protected.
